Q. What do you do with my payments? Why do I have to pay?

Your payment is used firstly to help run Healing Spirit, for example to pay our advertising costs, outgoings for candles, herbs, incenses, magical equipment, to run our computer and pay internet costs, taxes, telephone bills . . . there are many overheads in running something like this, and it is impossible for us to finance this from our own pockets.

For example, advertising costs. Yahoo and Google search engines cost a great deal of money each month to appear at the top of their listings! If we did not pay for this, it would make make it very difficult for you to be able to find our web site amongst the millions of sites already out there. And that is only the tip of the iceberg with regards to advertising.

The universe operates on energy exchange and we all tend to give little value to that which we do not pay for or earn. By making a payment towards our work, you are then making a contribution to your own future, your own healing processes, your own hopes and wishes, and are emotionally more involved with the work that we are doing together.

Q. Why do I have to contact you first before placing an order?

We do not want anyone to spend money with us unless we are certain we can help them. This is a personal service, and we like to know full details of your problem or request before we accept your order. If you see spell work being offered with all Buy-It-Now payment options, ask yourself - how does that person know they can help me when they don't even know the details of my problem?

In this way too, you are always in contact with a real person at Healing Spirit, not a computer or answerphone.

Q. How much does your work cost?

For love spells we ask for a basic amount to cover our expenses and overheads, which varies according to the costs involved of the work undertaken for you, and then anything above that which you care to send to us is very welcome to help us continue our work, whatever you feel it is worth. The amount is up to you and agreed with you beforehand. Our other services such as angel readings, tarot and astrology are all at set prices which are clearly laid out on each individual web page.

Q. How can I send my payment to you?

You will find the various methods of payment on our special Payments web page.

We can accept credit cards, debit cards, cheques, cash at bank and direct bank transfers - all of which are very safe methods.

Q. How can I send the information you require to work for me?

Email is always the best and quickest method. If a photograph has been requested for your work, this can be sent as part of the email itself or as an attachment to the email, or even over the fax. Alternatively you can put a photograph up on the web yourself which we can download to use for our work together. There are many web sites which offer this facility, such as www.photobucket.com.

If you prefer to use postal mail you can send to our postal address but this does take longer to get to us - up to 7 days in some instances. Please note that if you send us a photograph by postal mail, we are unable to return it at a later date. Therefore we suggest that if the photo is sentimental or precious to you, that you send us a copy of the photo only and not the original.

Q. What are your contact details?

You will find full contact details on the bottom of every email we send to you, including our postal address, direct email address and fax telephone number.

We do not publish our direct email addresses on our website because of the problem of spam robots picking them up. If you have not contacted us before, please use the contact form on this website and we will respond as soon as we can.

Q. Can I speak to you on the landline telephone?

Not at the moment. We work separately in our spare time from our own homes. If we were to give out our private telephone numbers, and accept calls from all over the world at varying hours of the day and night (not everyone remembers time differences) it would be a great imposition on our families and cause many sleepless nights. We therefore say that communication has to be by email, website contact form, fax or postal mail.

In addition, we do prefer communication between us to be in writing most of the time. In this way we can make sure that everything we tell you is completely accurate and has been thought over carefully in an unhurried fashion, so that there are no misunderstandings and everything is completely clear for you. You then have a written record of everything we tell you and can refer back to it as and when you wish.

However we are planning to set up a Talk to Tanith service very soon, together with online Tarot Readings from Sandrina - full details are in the News & Diary section of this website.

Q. I am having problems using your web payment page - what can I do?

Drop us an email or write to us via our contact form, and we will do all we can to help. Please bear in mind however that our credit card processors are not under our control, and have their own rules and regulations as to which cards or payments they accept. Unfortunately we cannot over-ride their systems.

Q. I have not yet had an answer to my email to you and am getting concerned.

There are many reasons why this might happen. In general we do try to answer all emails within 5 days of receipt, but we are not a company with staff, we do this in our spare time, so at busy periods it may take a few days to get back to you. For the same reason, we do not acknowledge everything that is sent to us that does not specifically require an answer. Also we are only human and we do have days off like everyone else, time for our own families and our friends.  So please please don't write to ask why we haven't replied if you only sent your email 24 hours ago and it is a weekend!  But rest assured that if your email requires an answer, it WILL get one, and we thank you for your patience.

Of course the internet does sometimes 'lose' emails into the ether, servers go down, computers don't work - this is a fact of life nowadays. So occasionally it is possible that your email to us or ours to you has been lost. We have very strong anti-spam and anti-virus cover on our domain email addresses, so it is also possible that the server has deleted your email in error.

In general, if you have not heard back from us within 7 days, please write to us using our contact form instead and then your email should get through! Mention your problem in emailing us and we can add your email address to our 'white list' on our domain email server so that your emails always get through to us in the future.

Sometimes we have trouble replying to some email addresses. If you are using AOL please make sure that you have your preferences set to accept emails from us, and also always make sure your correct return email address is showing on your messages to us. Similarly, please make sure you put your full name on all emails sent to us - you would not believe how many arrive with no name on! Also, if you are using a free web email address such as Hotmail, Lycos, Boltblue or Yahoo, please make sure that you are not over-limit in your mailbox - this can happen if you have not used your mailbox for a while - and have not blocked our email address as spam mail. Check your bulk folder or spam folder for our reply. Again if you have not heard from us, it may be that we have had problems getting a reply to your email address. Please email us again using the contact form on this website and give us a different email address at which to write to you.

We try hard to please everybody all of the time, but we are only human and sometimes things may go amiss. If that is the case, please do talk to us and we will do all we can to remedy the situation between us. We are all very friendly and we won't shout at you! [smile]

Q. Where can I download Adobe Acrobat Reader free of charge?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required for you to read your Angel Reading, Astrology Reading or Tarot Reading. You can download the Adobe Acroat Reader free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/. You only need the free Reader sofware, not the full Adobe Acrobat software. You can get versions for both Apple Mac and Windows computers.

Q. Can you comment on psychic readings or astrology reports that I have had done by another practitioner?

Work ethics prevent us from commenting on another practitioner by name and we do not get involved with work done by others. If you have a query on a reading done by another person, you must contact the practitioner concerned. There are all sorts of legal implications and work ethics involved here, and we are unable to become involved.

Q. I would like to learn witchcraft, magic or clairvoyance. Can you help me? Can you help with advice to students on the history of magic?

We are very sorry, but we simply do not have the time for teaching or for advising students on the history of magics and witchcraft for dissertations or essays. All our spare time is taken up with helping others with their problems of life, that is what we are here for, and we must save our time for our clients. To try to undertake teaching as well would simply be taking over our family time, and we cannot do that. However rest assured that the old saying "When the pupil is ready, the teacher will appear" is very true, and if you are sincere in your wish to learn these ancient arts, the right teacher will indeed come into your life.

Q. I am completely opposed to websites which offer new age services and think it is wrong. Why do you do it?

It is your right to hold those views. We do not sit in judgement on other people's views. But equally we do not expect people to sit in judgement on ours. We are therefore unable enter into controversial discussions about morality or religion. We are simply here to help as best we can, to give support, comfort and help to all who seek it. Every human being has one major thing in common - we all want to be happy. We must each find our own routes to that happiness. We are associated with practitioners who follow many different forms of spiritual belief and each of us must find our own pathway. As the Dalai Lama once said: "There are 6 billion people in this world. To suit everyone, we should really have 6 billion different religions!"

Additionally, the European Convention on Human Rights law [European Parliament] states that everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, together with freedom of expression and the right to respect for private life. This was incorporated into English Law in 1998, the full text of which can be found here:

Please in particular note the following paragraph in Article 12:

Q. What are your views on psychic forums?

We would advise great caution. The problem with the internet is that there are far too many web sites that spread untruths about spellwork, astrology and tarot, what can be achieved, and even about people such as us. If you read any of these websites, especially public forums, please remember that it is very easy for anyone to put up untruths on the internet and have them read and believed by thousands of people. A few of the large forums and websites which are advertised extensively on the main search engines and claim to expose scams, are often run by the very people that you are trying to avoid, so that they can push their own websites and decry the genuine ones. It's a minefield nowadays, so please be careful.

Rather than fall for the untruths on the internet, please ask us - and then make up your own mind, always. Go by your own inner feelings rather than those of a total stranger on the internet.

LOVE SPELL QUERIES


Q. I want to have a Love Spell done, but how do I know you are for real? Can I trust you?

Oh, the big question! If I say - yes this is definitely for real - are you satisfied with the answer? No, I thought not. If I was a con artist I would hardly admit it, would I? But, think about it - for example how can I prove to you that electricity exists without throwing a switch or looking at a dial? You can't see it, but once you throw that switch, you know it's there because the light comes on. Same in magic. You simply have to use the magic to realise that it does indeed exist. Sometimes in life we have to overcome our doubts to get the results we want. Look at our testimonials web page, that should help a little. Love Spells have been around for eons, but it is only recently that scientists have been telling us about quantum physics - which is the basis on which spellwork takes effect. Energy healing such as Reiki is based on ideas of quantum physics also. Remember - just because you cannot see something, it does not mean it doesn't exist.

Incidentally we do often used standard paragraphs in letters, telling you how we work, or even how to do certain rituals, that sort of thing - well with the amount of mail we send out, of course we do. We'd be stupid not to. What's the point in typing the same thing over and over in different words, every single day? It's very strange how people think standardised paragraphs mean we aren't going to be doing any work for them! Totally the opposite really. It shows we are totally consistent in our work and what we do, it also means we can respond to your own queries on a much more personal level and give them time and thought, and it also means we actually have time to do the spellwork, which is the most important thing of course!

I am not here to convince you that I need to work for you using love spells or love magic or spells for any other problem in your life, I don't see that as my place to do. It is up to you entirely. Your own free will. If you decide not to have me work for you, then that's fine - and I send you my love and blessings. If you do wish me to work for you, then I will do my utmost for you and support you every step of the way.

Q. Can you give me a 100 per cent guarantee that my love spell will work for me?

Nobody can give you 100 per cent assurance on anything in life - or if they do, they aren't telling the truth - but what I can tell you is that mostly the only people who 'fail' with magic are those who give up too soon or do not follow instructions correctly. My results are excellent for all those who follow my instructions correctly and don't give up. And if I don't feel it is going to work out for you, then I will tell you, honestly and truthfully. I will always try to be honest with you and say exactly what I feel about your situation. It is a bit like asking a doctor: "Can you give me a 100 per cent guarantee that you can make me well?" No real doctor would ever agree to that. It is the same with spellwork.  There is no such thing as a 100 per cent guarantee.

My high success rate is due to the fact that I never take on a client unless I feel there is an excellent chance of a good result. If you write to me to ask if I will work for you, if I don't feel I can help, I will tell you, honestly and simply. I also only take on a limited number of clients each month, so that I can make sure that each person gets the time and attention that they deserve for the best results for their spellwork. We are not a business trying to make vast profits, we are here to help.

What I can also tell you from my own experiences is that when people have written to me to say 'it hasn't worked', once we have discussed what they have done or not done during the time the magical work has been going on for them, we soon find out why it hasn't worked. It is either too soon, and they are being too impatient, or 99 times out of 100 it is something as simple as, for example, if they have asked me for help in getting a job, they have simply sat at home and expected new employers to walk up their driveway and offer them new jobs. They have done nothing whatsoever to help themselves at all, not gone for an interview, nothing. Magical work is a partnership between you and I, and you must do all you can to take advantage of the opportunities that the magical work will put your way in your particular situation. Don't worry, you will recognise these opportunities when you are given them and they will be easy to take. But if you follow all my instructions, you stand the best chance of the magic working for you. Fate, Destiny and Magic exist - but you must lean forward where they can see you!

Another important thing to remember is that results tend to happen when they are supposed to for a permanent result, not necessarily when we would like to see them happen! This is why timing is always difficult to judge. Also, quick one-off DIY candle spells - which I do not recommend - may sometimes give you instant results in easy cases but they will not be lasting. Which would you rather have? Permanent lasting results with proper deep magic work, or something that may happen for a short while and then promptly reverses again? It is best to have patience, build the magical work gradually step by step, powerfully, and then you are giving yourself the best chance of permanent lasting results.

Think of it this way. You may get some sort of result after a very short time using this 'quick spell' type of magic that is offered to try to give instant results. But quickspell magic is a bit like taking an aspirin for a brain tumour. You might get rid of the pain for a couple of hours but unless you deal with the cause it will come straight back. So my spellwork always deals with the causes of the problem too, to ensure a lasting permanent result. Therefore it takes a little time and patience. But it is time well spent, truly.

But don't forget, I am here to guide you every step of the way, to support you and to make sure you get the very best out of the spellwork. And what I will guarantee to you is that I will do my utmost for you, always be fair with you, and strive my hardest with all the powers at my disposal to make your wish come true.

Q. Do you use black magic?

No, I do not.  Please rest assured that I never ever work with any 'black' or dark forces, and that I work only with the Lightworkers, the Angels and Spirits of the Light.  Strictly in accordance with Mother Nature and the Universal Laws, set up by the Supreme Consciousness whom many call God.

All my forms of spellwork, including love spells, are completely safe yet very powerful and intense.  No living being is ever harmed by my magics, be they animal, fish, fowl, insect or human.

Q. Why are your prices so much cheaper than many other spell casting services?

Our prices are cheaper because they don't need to be any higher! I charge only a fair and honest rate for my spellwork, taking into account the time involved and the ingredients needed for your love spell.  I am not offering my services to make a vast profit, I am not money-orientated and prefer a simple life at home with my smallholding and my animals, living amongst nature, so I only charge what it is needed to cover my costs and my time.

Q. Are you a real person? Is my spell casting truly going to be done?

Well, I was certainly a real person last time I looked! Seriously, I understand why people ask me that question because so many love spell casting services on the internet appear to be business-orientated and you get the feeling that you are either in contact with some sort of computer or call centre, or that it is just simply a money-making machine.

Yes, I really will cast a spell for you exactly as I have done for many years now for so many hundreds of other people. I am a proper witch, a Priestess with an in-depth knowledge of the Old Ways [very different to modern day Wicca], handed down to me through my family for seven generations. Throughout the years I have come to know what works and what doesn't. My knowledge has not come from just picking up a book in Waterstones. I live and breathe the healing magic energies, incorporate them into my daily life, and surround myself with the powers of nature and of the Universe. Sadly, our modern Western way of life appears to have lost this ability . . . I see it as part of my calling to keep the Old Ways alive.
